Bay Mailing
Bay Mailing is a mailing house based in St Austell that provides direct mail and database management services to large and small businesses across the UK. After signing up to the actnow package, Assistant Manager Rob Foster felt a real benefit with the increased speed that broadband offered.
“By the nature of our business, we get a lot of data coming through to us. A large file of data now takes seconds rather than minutes, minutes rather than hours. It is speed which is the number one benefit for us.”
As they can now access the Internet all the time Bay Mailing are also inclined to use it more often:
“Because we are always online, we can get back to clients and prospective clients almost immediately if they email us with any queries. It is so convenient. For example, we now email quotations to clients, whereas we used to print them off and fax them. This allows us to provide a better service and aids our competitiveness.”
Rob also highlights the cost savings which actnow is bringing their business. “It is definitely a lower cost for us to use broadband” he says. “It is better all round – a fantastic tool for our business.”
