actnow
project
actnow flex is a pilot project supporting 50 small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) to adopt flexible working practices. The project will examine the benefits and issues associated with flexible working and the learning will be used to produce a toolkit to help other businesses across the South West to implement flexible working practices.
actnow have teamed up with leading flexible working experts from Henley Management College’s Future Work Forum and SustainIT. Our academic partners will help ensure that our flexible working toolkit covers all the main issues and that productivity gains, employee and environmental benefits associated with flexible working are correctly monitored and assessed.
How to get involved
Although all places on the pilot project are now assigned if you want to find out more about flexible working, then please contact actnow to register your interest.
We'll give you a call to find out a bit more about your business and your flexible working aspirations and give you access to our members area containing a useful toolkit to help you with your flexible working plans.
