Cornwall Rural Community Council
Cornwall Rural Community Council (CRCC) is a Cornish charity dedicated to working with, and strengthening, Cornish communities; and to supporting vulnerable groups and individuals within them. They provide a dedicated ICT support officer who has a wide ranging remit.
Evolve is a new project from COSMIC that aims to provide rural Voluntary and Community Organisations with FREE ICT support and advice to help them make more effective use of their ICT systems, skills and resources.
Cosmic Switched On Communities is a three year community investment programme funded by DSGi. Through Switched On Communities we hope to impact the lives of thousands of disabled people, bringing within easy reach everyday tasks such as banking, shopping, communicating, education, volunteering and work opportunities. To do this we are working with grass-roots community organisations, with disabled users or offering IT training; providing you with assistive IT equipment, so that you can support disabled users in your area. We also offer free training and support on using it.
ICT Hub contains a range of free advice and support for charities and community organisations, to help you make the most out of ICT (Information and Communication Technology). If you need to develop a database, or build a website the ICT Hub has a range of services and support available
iT4C is a leading national IT volunteering programme. The main areas of activity include; helping charities and community/voluntary groups to find volunteers to help with their IT needs and helping IT professionals to find suitable IT volunteering opportunities
The Community Website Builder allows registered UK charities, non-profit making organisations and volunteer led groups or organisations to build and maintain their own website free of charge
